Do I need an OT report before I contact you?

For NDIS-funded work, yes: your occupational therapist recommends the modification and we build to it. If you are paying privately, no OT report is needed and we can quote directly.

What is the difference between minor and complex home modifications?

Minor modifications are simpler changes such as rails, lever taps, threshold ramps and non-slip floors. Complex modifications involve structural work such as bathroom rebuilds, doorway widening and ceiling hoist reinforcement, and need more documentation. Your OT will confirm which applies.

How much does a ceiling hoist cost?

Fixed-price Molift Air 200 packages start from $10,990 incl. GST for a straight rail, or $14,490 incl. GST for a full XY system, in rooms up to 4 × 4 m in metro Adelaide.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Henley Beach and work across metropolitan Adelaide. Work further across South Australia is quoted individually.

Q: Do you work with older people funded through Support at Home?

Yes. Support at Home's Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) scheme can fund home modifications. Your provider arranges the funding; we provide the quote and do the work.
