How Support at Home funds your modifications
Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages from 1 November 2025. Its Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) scheme funds home modifications in tiers.
Your provider arranges the funding; we provide the quote and do the work.

Your OT assesses your needs and recommends the modification.

Site visit and quote
We measure up and provide a detailed, itemised quote.

Approval
The quote goes to your Support at Home provider for funding approval.

Build and handover
Mark and his trusted trades complete the work, clean up and walk you through it.
